  Let me start off my saying I am a big fan of Jersey Mikes. I think the quality of their ingredients are by far superior to that of its competitors. However, the Stoney Creek location is a real disappointment. No, the food is not bad, but the customer service is. There is no friendly greeting upon entering the store instead your stared at with this look of “great I have to do some work now”. The employees look like they are out on “work release” with little to no self-grooming. I found myself having to look at the boxer briefs of employee because his pants were falling off his behind. With that being said I decided to get take-out. The employee proceeded to slop together my sandwich without a care in the world about presentation. Not only did the sandwich look like something that had been dropped then stepped on, it was made incorrectly according to what was supposed to come on that sub. When I asked the employee to fix it, he rudely slapped on the missing ingredients and proceeded to rush me to the cash register. With all this being said I will not be going back to this location any time soon. My suggestion to management is to take some pride in your job and store, hire well qualified people, or at least people that care about their job.

  I had a roast beef sub, it had two slices of beef spread out of the hoagie, all lettuce and tomato, I won't be visiting a Jersey Mike's again, total waste of money for eleven bucks and change.
